President
Philip Carter holds a Certified Building Contractor license (CBC) & Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC) in the State of Florida. He also holds a degree in Construction Management, a Federal construction credential of the United States government, a DEP stormwater management credential, and an OSHA credential for construction safety.
Through 15+ years of experience he has successfully managed construction projects in value of $50K up to $200M.
